Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Plictor (plictor.com, plictor.com/work, plictor.com/forge, and related subdomains), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Plictor provides

Plictor provides a browser-based interface for interacting with AI models and third-party services. Plictor is not an AI provider — it is an interface layer. The quality, accuracy, and behavior of AI responses depend on the provider you configure.

3. Your responsibilities

4. API keys and third-party services

Plictor Work operates by connecting to third-party AI providers using API keys you supply. You are solely responsible for your use of those APIs and any charges incurred. Plictor has no liability for actions taken by third-party providers or for costs resulting from your API usage.

5. Plictor Forge

Plictor Forge is a website builder. Code generated by Forge is yours — you own it fully upon download. Plictor claims no rights over content you create using Forge.

6. No warranty

Plictor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI output, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

Plictor and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to API costs, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
